A firm, well applied hand spanking can be very effective for both a warm up for a more serious discipline session as well as a discipline session in its self! People are often surprised at just how hard I can give apply one and additionally, I have strong legs and thighs to hold those naughty boys and girls in place.

 This is your first day at boarding school and you are meeting Governess. You have been sent to boarding school because you are incorrigible. I assure you that we will be correcting that! I go over the rules and inform you that as Governess I am in charge of discipline for both the girls and bois. When you are sent to me, know that you are in for a thrashing! You have never been caned so I instruct you to pull down your trousers and lean over my desk with your palms flat. I will be giving you 12 strokes so that you will have a taste of what any misbehavior will guarantee you!

Many people in the last few years have shown an interest in my filming some of my spanking sessions.  I recently made some available for download.  A majority of my videos feature over the knee spanking since that is one of my main interests. I truly enjoy having a spankee feel vulnerable and at my mercy as they are instructed to go across my lap! Spanking Positions by Goddess Natasha

As a Professional Disciplinarian, I am often asked what my favorite spanking position is as well as my favorite implements.

Spanking Positions

First of all, my "favorites" for anything in a discipline session are those that are most effective. This varies from person to person so these are not cut and dry answers by any means. That being said...I have found that the over the knee position is the most effective for a warm up as well as a hairbrush spanking. The straight back wooden chair that I have is absolutely perfect for the over the knee position.  I will be posting more on the different spanking positions and on the implements I use.

Spanking OTK Paddling for Behavior Modification

This young lady contacted me to discuss meeting specific goals such as exercising, weight loss and diet changes.  We sat down and discussed spanking consequences to not meeting these specific goals and as you can see it has worked out very well. Spanking can be a very effective way to modify many types of behavior. Read what she has to say....

 

I have been seeing Ms. Hertz for about 3 months now, and I cannot say enough about her professionalism and true dedication to those she chooses to discipline and mentor. I am a professional female who is just way too busy taking care of everything else, that when it comes to holding myself accountable, I just don't have the energy. I am not a "spanko", and I'm not quite sure yet what led me to her "office", but I can tell you it is the best decision I have ever made. I have already begun meeting my goals, and when I do anything to stray from that path, Ms. Hertz makes sure that I stay "focused" (sometimes for a whole week!). She is  dedicated, and very strict...when she sets a rule, it is set and there is no talking her out of it, so you'd better be sure you can live with it when you leave your session because she will not forget. One more piece of advice...always be honest even if you know you'll be in trouble, because she has a way of looking at you at that will make you spill your guts anyway, and I speak from experience...you do NOT want to be caught in a lie! Ms. Hertz is genuinely "good people" and she will do whatever needs to be done to help you get where you want to be. See you soon ma'am!!!!

Domestic Discipline

Wikipedia states that domestic discipline is (in part): Corporal punishment in the home, punishment, normally the spanking or slapping with an open hand, but occasionally with an implement such as a belt, slipper, cane or paddle.

I do require a phone interview before any appointment is set and I usually state that I offer a Domestic Discipline atmosphere.

Quite often I am asked by those who wonder exactly what I mean when I say a "Domestic Discipline" atmosphere.  Other words for domestic are "household" and "private" which is exactly what I offer for meeting.

A private, discreet and comfortable household setting where discipline can be administered.

However for those of you with additional questions as to what I mean by a "domestic scene" here are a few photos that should help!

It has been quite some time since I have posted anything about my domestic discipline sessions!

Traveling and spending time in Michigan has kept me very busy although there has been a lot of spanking in between!

But now....that is over and I am once again actively engaging in domestic discipline sessions and looking for naughty boys and girls who need to be punished!
