I have been seeing Ms. Hertz for about 3 months now, and I cannot say enough about her professionalism and true dedication to those she chooses to discipline and mentor. I am a professional female who is just way too busy taking care of everything else, that when it comes to holding myself accountable, I just don't have the energy. I am not a "spanko", and I'm not quite sure yet what led me to her "office", but I can tell you it is the best decision I have ever made. I have already begun meeting my goals, and when I do anything to stray from that path, Ms. Hertz makes sure that I stay "focused" (sometimes for a whole week!). She is  dedicated, and very strict...when she sets a rule, it is set and there is no talking her out of it, so you'd better be sure you can live with it when you leave your session because she will not forget. One more piece of advice...always be honest even if you know you'll be in trouble, because she has a way of looking at you at that will make you spill your guts anyway, and I speak from experience...you do NOT want to be caught in a lie! Ms. Hertz is genuinely "good people" and she will do whatever needs to be done to help you get where you want to be. See you soon ma'am!!!!
